Your Gift Makes a Difference!
At AEPi, we are constantly looking to mix the fun of being in Greek life with the responsibilities of being a student. In the past, and this year, we reserve study rooms in the main library that our members can use as a quiet space to study. But this year, SMU has begun renovations on the main library and therefore has made it very difficult to find a place to study. To counteract that, AEPi wants to convert one of the lesser used rooms in the house into a study room. With the money fundraised, we would invest it in a set of new desks and chairs to fill the room. We would be able to provide eight to 12 individual spaces for any of our members to use at any time. This will be important during finals and midterm season. On top of studying and doing homework, this would be a wonderful spot for our members to go for their job interviews. Hopefully, creating this space will reinforce and grow our standard of academic excellence.
